February Frosts

More sharp frosts in early February with a new record for 2012 of -7C at just before 9.00am on the 3rd. It was so cold Jack had to have his coat on.

Sutton Park

Sutton Park is a few miles north of Birmingham City Centre and is one of the largest urban parks in the UK. I take my dog "Jack" for a walk there most mornings of the year, come rain or shine. Most days I have a camera with me and often come home with a few shots of things that take my fancy.

Jack is an 11 year old Westie and, like me, is now getting a bit of a grumpy old man. He does feature now and again on some of my shots but usually he tries to ignore me when I'm attempting to get him to pose.
